We kindly request our vendors to inform us at least 24 hours in advance of any changes, allowing us to find a suitable alternative for you. However, in rare instances, our vendors may be unable to fulfill part or all of your order at the last minute. If this occurs, we will cancel the order and notify you via email. Your personal credits will be refunded to your account, and your company will not be charged for this order.
If such a situation arises before your company's cutoff time, you can place a new order using your company allowance. Please note that we are unable to place orders on your behalf to ensure that your dietary and allergen requirements are met.
In the event of a cancellation after your company's cutoff time, any personal credits used will be refunded to your account, and the company subsidy will be returned to your company.
