I have paid for a catering order via card but not received a VAT invoice yet, what do I do?

Catering Invoices are generated 2 days after the order is delivered. Following payment, you will receive a receipt via our Stripe Portal confirming the processed amount. Subsequently, the VAT invoice will be dispatched for your records 2 days after the order is delivered.
