Your Feedr dashboard is your personal hub for managing orders, credits, account settings, and more.
How to Access Your Dashboard
- Log in to your Feedr account.
- Click on your name or profile icon in the top-right corner of the page.
- Select “My Dashboard” from the dropdown menu.
Once inside your dashboard, you’ll find six key sections:
1. CC Orders
See all your upcoming and past Cloud Canteen orders (if your company uses this service).
You can also cancel any upcoming order directly from this page.
2. CC Credits
View your personal credit balance, including: how much is available, how you’ve spent your credits, and any credits refunded back to your account
3. Catering Orders
Track any upcoming, past, or drafted catering orders you’ve created.
You can also cancel a draft or upcoming catering order here.
4. Finance
This section shows any invoices linked to your account.
It’s primarily used by company admins who place catering orders under their name.
5. Catering Delivery
View your company’s registered delivery locations.
Useful for managing where group catering orders will be sent.
6. Account
Update your personal details, including: email address, preferred location, notification preferences, password, and login settings.
If you ever get stuck, you can always return to the dashboard for a quick overview of your activity and settings.
