When ordering for Cloud Canteen:
Cloud Canteen cut-off times are based on your company’s agreement with Feedr.
Menus are generally published every Thursday for the following week. In most cases, your company’s settings will allow you to start ordering as soon as the menu is published.
However, some companies have shorter ordering windows, meaning the time available to place, change, or cancel an order is more limited.
You’ll be able to make changes to your order until the cut-off time on the day of delivery, unless your company’s settings specify an earlier deadline.

After the cut-off time passes, orders are locked and can no longer be placed, changed, or canceled.
When placing Catering orders:
Most catering vendors require at least 24 hours' notice, but this varies by vendor and the size of your order.
When placing a catering order, you’ll only see vendors who can fulfil your request based on:
- The delivery date and time
- The notice period required
- Your location
For large or high-value catering orders, we recommend reviewing our cancellation policy for specific lead times and charges.
