At Feedr, we believe food delivery should be simple, reliable and sustainable. Every day, our courier partners bring your meals fresh and on-time.
To keep deliveries reliable and maintain the high level of service you expect, we’re updating our delivery fees. We’ve not changed this fee for a considerable amount of time (our last update was in February 2023) and we are now needing to bring the charge in line with our operating costs.
Updated Delivery Fees
From February 2026 the following changes will take place:
- Orders under £250 → £20 delivery fee (up from £12.50)
- Orders £250 or more → £30 delivery fee (up from £20)
These changes allow us to:
- Maintain the excellent, above industry standard on-time service that you expect
- Continue to invest directly in zero-exhaust-emission deliveries, reducing London traffic as well as limiting carbon emissions
- Directly support the long-term sustainability of our industry leading delivery partners
Our goal remains unchanged: making food delivery easy, dependable and better for the planet and we thank you for your continued support in achieving this.
We are aware that any changes to fees are felt by customers and have considered this update very carefully. We've waited for as long as possible, and continue to subsidise a % of overall delivery costs.
