We're sorry to hear your order wasn’t quite right! If you received the wrong item, ingredients, or were missing a selected add-on, we’re here to help.
To process a refund, we’ll need a photo of the item you received. You can upload it when filling out the contact form on our Live Chat, or email it to support.uk@feedr.co with your name, email address, and details of the incorrect item so we can address it with the vendor and make it right.
- If the item is a Cloud Canteen order, we’ll refund any personal credits used back to your Feedr account and we will make sure your company won't be charged for the missing item either.
- If this is part of a catering order, please make sure to share the order number as well so we can process a refund for the value of the affected item.
