Step 1: Try using an incognito/private window
This helps us figure out if the issue is related to your account or your browser. If things work fine in incognito mode, try clearing your browser’s cookies and cached data. That usually does the trick.

- Where exactly the issue is happening (e.g., checkout, login, menu not loading)
- Let us know if you have already tried incognito mode
- A screenshot of the issue or any error message you're seeing
